Welcome to the Conway/Spirit of Arkansas web site. Miss Conway & Miss Spirit of Arkansas are preliminaries to the Miss Arkansas Pageant.
The Miss Conway Scholarship Pageant is rich in tradition dating back to the 1950’s. The Miss Spirit of Arkansas Scholarship Pageant was created in 2005. The Pageant Board consists entirely of volunteers and strictly adheres to the guidelines set forth by the Miss America Pageant System. Since 1999, over $40,000 has been granted in scholarships and awards.
The mission of the Miss Conway/Spirit of Arkansas Scholarship Pageant is to secure financial support and committed volunteers to make a difference in the lives of young women by providing them scholarships and opportunities for furthering their education, cultivating their desire for the development of self-confidence, physical fitness and inner growth, and encouraging them to become a well-spoken, well-rounded and responsible member of society.
